The story behind how our company was founded

Azam began his careers as executives in contact center and later joined for a leading outsource firm for an Australian telecom company, focusing on B2B and B2C acquisitions. Through dedication and a keen understanding of global sales dynamics, they quickly rose through the ranks, transitioning from frontline roles to pivotal leadership positions in India and abroad.

His journey from telesales executives to operations heads laid the foundation deep expertise in the outsourcing industry.

In 2012, Azam teamed up with his friends to launch their first entrepreneurial venture. This company thrived under their leadership, but in 2017, following their friend’s retirement, Azam rebranded the business as First Voice Global Services, marking a new chapter of growth and success. Drawing from their years of hands-on experience, he built a company rooted in excellence, specializing in delivering high-quality BPO & KPO solutions.

Today, First Voice Global Services stands as a trusted outsourcing partner, serving clients in the UK, Australia, New Zealand, and the US. With expertise across multiple domains—including Telecom, Broadband, Life Insurance, Home Improvement, Taxation, Web Development & Digital Marketing —the company has earned a reputation for reliability, adaptability, and outstanding service delivery.

  • The Beginning (2012)

    Our story started in 2012 when we founded our company as MARV with a team of 15 executives. We began by serving a renowned Australian telecom brand, focusing on lead generation and acquisitions in both B2B and B2C markets.

  • Expanding services to the US (2012)

    Later that year, we expanded our services by adding a dedicated team to work with a US client, specializing in B2C lead generation for automobile breakdown & business listing services.

  • Global Client Growth (2013)

    By 2013, our growing reputation brought in new clients from the UK, US, Australia, and New Zealand. We provided services in telecommunication, broadband, and mobile lead generation and acquisitions, which led to a significant team expansion with 30 agents working in each shift.

  • A New Identity (2017)

    In 2017, we rebranded as First Voice Global Services, marking a new chapter in our journey. With this fresh identity, we signed up more clients in the UK, offering services in home improvement, telecom, and other sectors.

  • Scaling Up (2018)

    By 2018, First Voice Global Services had grown significantly, with over 100 executives serving clients across the globe. We also established our own office in the Tech Hub of Kolkata, reinforcing our commitment to innovation and growth.

  • Expanding Horizons (2023)

    In 2023, we broadened our service portfolio to include tax audit and financial KPO services for US residents and businesses. Additionally, we launched a new team dedicated to web development, design, and branding solutions for clients in the US, UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
