In 2012, Azam teamed up with his friends to launch their first entrepreneurial venture. This company thrived under their leadership, but in 2017, following their friend’s retirement, Azam rebranded the business as First Voice Global Services, marking a new chapter of growth and success. Our story started in 2012 when we founded our company as MARV with a team of 15 executives. We began by serving a renowned Australian telecom brand, focusing on lead generation and acquisitions in both B2B and B2C markets.
Later that year, we expanded our services by adding a dedicated team to work with a US client, specializing in B2C lead generation for automobile breakdown & business listing services.
By 2013, our growing reputation brought in new clients from the UK, US, Australia, and New Zealand. We provided services in telecommunication, broadband, and mobile lead generation and acquisitions, which led to a significant team expansion with 30 agents working in each shift.
In 2017, we rebranded as First Voice Global Services, marking a new chapter in our journey. With this fresh identity, we signed up more clients in the UK, offering services in home improvement, telecom, and other sectors.
By 2018, First Voice Global Services had grown significantly, with over 100 executives serving clients across the globe. We also established our own office in the Tech Hub of Kolkata, reinforcing our commitment to innovation and growth.
In 2023, we broadened our service portfolio to include tax audit and financial KPO services for US residents and businesses. Additionally, we launched a new team dedicated to web development, design, and branding solutions for clients in the US, UK, Australia, and New Zealand.
